Shipping policy
At Crafts Villa, we understand that delivery of your order is just as important as selection and price. We offer fast and reliable shipping on all our products.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping is done through any major shipping company. Shipping will arrive within 7 -10 working days from the date of your order depending on your location.
Please indicate your daytime address for delivery. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender.
All orders are subject to availability. Unavailable products are marked “Out of Stock” on our site. From time to time, we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock is available.
Return/Refund
We follow a “no question asked return/refund policy”, if the product is returned in its original condition.
Every product we sell is designed to be the best and built to last. If anything you buy falls short of those standards, you're invited to exchange/return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at craftarticleindia@gmail.com with product picture and as per your wish, we will either exchange the item or request a refund.
The merchant Crafts Villa will pay the shipping cost in case of any return.
Customers can also return the product to Address: Block 4/168, Subhas Nagar Delhi 110027 Delhi India within the time frame of 14 days and get a refund, however. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.
Damaged/Defective Products:
We also accept returns for damaged or defective products. Returns of defective/damaged products must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us a photo of the damaged/defective product at craftarticleindia@gmail.com
Exchanges
We offer a free exchange within 14 days of delivery of the product. If you are not happy with the product and wish to exchange, send us an email at craftarticleindia@gmail.com Please send the items in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we will either send the exchange product or issue a refund.

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
